1. What ClipKnight CN is

ClipKnight CN is an independent tool that helps people download media these platforms publish openly. It is built and run by the ClipKnight CN team, and has no connection to, and no endorsement or sponsorship from, Douyin, Kuaishou, Xigua, Xiaohongshu, Toutiao, Bilibili, Pipixia, Baidu Video, WeChat Channels (beta) or the companies behind them.

The name ClipKnight CN is used only to identify the service we provide.

2. Acceptable use

Only handle content you created yourself, or that you own and are permitted to keep — including your own uploads that you can no longer find the original of, and that the platform's own download watermarks, content from accounts you run, and material whose licence allows keeping.

Do not use ClipKnight CN to infringe copyright, to get past a paywall or an access control, to reach private or protected content, to impersonate anyone, or to redistribute content without the rights holder's permission. For content that is neither yours nor licensed to you, the risk lies with the person using the service; we do not make infringement easier.

We block access for abuse, and we remove content on request from a rights holder.

3. No warranty

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available or correct, nor that every post can be downloaded — availability depends on the platforms and on links and networks outside our control.

4. Advertising

We show advertising to fund development and keep the service free. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technology to serve and measure ads. You can refuse cookies in your browser, or stop using the service.

5. Intellectual property

All media obtained through ClipKnight CN belongs to its respective rights holder. We claim no ownership and host none of it. The tool exists so that people can get back what they uploaded, or what they were licensed to keep, without the watermark the platform adds on download. Please respect the rights of content creators.

If you believe content reachable through this service infringes your rights, contact us with the link and proof of rights and we will act on it.

6. Privacy

We keep a short visit log — IP, the country and city worked out from it, page, time, and the link you submitted — to run the service, count visits and spot abuse. We never store the files you download, and we never link your identity to the links you paste.

7. Changes

These terms may change from time to time. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
